How I’m Growing My Income Streams
You may have noticed that I’m turning quiet on Medium. It has been a great platform for me to practice my writing skills, but the time has come for me to find more from my writing.
I love writing. What I love even more is being able to make some money with it.
Writing on Medium had become a sort of hamster wheel for me. I was just going round and round, trying to get more views, more reads and more fans. But it wasn’t translating into any significant income.
I’m not saying that it’s impossible to make money on Medium. I know there are people who are doing it. But for me, it was time to move on.
I’m now focusing my efforts on writing for my own website.
It’s not that I don’t appreciate the platform that Medium has given me. It’s just that I need to move on to something that will give me a better return on investment for my time and effort.
